“SEE AND BELIEVE”

See an believe are sisters
But we were were born to believe
What we don’t see
Faith they say it is
Must be larger than the sea

And so we believe with our naive nature
Subject our emotions and skin into torture
Even though our heart as ugly as the vulture
But our faces a living saint waiting for rapture

See and believe are sisters
But we were born to believe
What we don’t see
Faith they say it is
Must be larger than the sea

And so we believe the priest
Who said, give everything you have
The Lord will come knocking
I’ve been listening to my door
Man of God on a summer tour

See and believe are sisters
But we are too blind to see
Those people who threaten us with gun powder
Are the same people we have voted into power

But we still believe the change will come
When all hope is just like a crumb
See and believe are sisters
I am not too blind to see
They are twin, blood, sisters
They walk together
